Just wondering if there was ice cream or chocolate in
the Garden of Eden.
God must have had them, because we know he had like,
everything.
Apples are fine but tempting, not so much.
Hard to believe that an apple is worth disgracing the entire human race
forever.
He certainly could have dangled a Dove Bar or maybe a Valrhona 70%
from the tree, that might have been more believable.
But wait, maybe the Apple is symbolic, perhaps standing in for all the temptations, real and imagined that confront us each moment, requiring
restraint and grace.
The ways of the Lord are mysterious indeed.
