About 7,000 years ago they came out of the woods and said, “Here’s the deal,
We will:
Hunt your game
Herd your sheep
Retrieve your fishing nets and dead ducks from the cold icy water
Even chase and catch Frisbees until we can’t stand it anymore
Protect your family
Save your life if necessary
In return, you will feed us and give us treats and we will act as if we adore you . . . SIGN HERE”
And we did.
